Polycarbonate(PC) is one of the materials that is used by Polymess. Polycarbonate (PC) is a solid, transparent form of plastic, in which the monomers are interconnected by means of a carbonate binding. This ensures that PC also maintains in close proximity of high temperatures, something that does not always apply to all forms of plastic.

Versions of polycarbonate
Polycarbonate is very good for mechanical processing and is available in several versions, including plates with heat-shielding qualities.

Application Examples
Polycarbonate is solid and practically unbreakable. As a result, it may well be used for the production of safety glasses,  helmets, helmet visors and CDs.

Connecting
Polycarbonate is easy to glue, for example with epoxy and polycarbonate-glue.
